is almost identical to the other ones? Exactitudes is a photography project documenting different trends of social groups. Ari Versluis and Ellie Uyttenbroek work together to highlight the sameness people adapt to in effort to be different. It’s basically how goths in high school tried really hard to be different than jocks, only to look identical to the other goths…give or take a few black eyes and feathered bangs.

I can’t ride a bike. There once was a time when the neighborhood streets were all mine but sadly, those days are long gone. I still like the looks of people on bikes; only cruisers though. I find competitive biking obnoxious and nothing sounds more miserable to me than mountain biking. Perhaps that’s why lowrider bikes seem to make so much sense to me. They look like the laziest form of cycling and I love it. One of these days I’ll work up the nerve to buy one. Maybe after I get that neck tattoo I’ve had my heart set on.
