Lise Sarfati

Lovely portraits from Lise Sarfati. When I was in grad school, I was having a really hard time finding showing artists that shared my interest in tense, ominous, snapshottish photos, and one day stumbled into a Sarfati show at Yossi Milo. Since, I’ve found hundreds (see: entire blog), but she still holds a tiny special place in my heart (my ice cold heart).

  1. I think about her a lot. Is that creepy?

    • It kind of depends how you think about her. But no… not creepy. Okay, a little.
