Laurie Simmons

Filed under: Uncategorized — fanny luvvin @ 19:34

I haven’t seen the entirety of Laurie Simmons‘ film “The Music Of Regret”, but I am sure it is wonderful. Anything that uses mascot-y costumes for something other than walking around amusement parks or selling used cars totally earns my utmost respect and adoration. The film brings to life some of Simmons’ earlier photographic works  (in which she sat random objects on top of sexy lady legs) by turning them into costumes and stuffing fancy dancers in them. Some stills!
